Wedding Albums -Guest Blogger

A wedding album becomes a physical container of the memories of your special day. You and your spouse will revisit your wedding album throughout your marriage, reflecting on the candid moments and sheer bliss captured between its pages. It will become an heirloom, cherished by future generations.
With wedding album styles as varied as wedding photography styles, selecting an album can be overwhelming. As a wedding photographer, my clients depend on me not only to capture their wedding day memories, but also to guide them in selecting the perfect wedding album in which to display them.
The standard leather album that can be purchased at a typical stationary store has become obsolete. My clients value albums that look distinctive and feel elegant. A wedding album needs to to be as unique and special as the memories it contains.
For couples who can’t decide between a contemporary album with digital images and a traditional wedding album with matte images, I suggest Queensberry for its signature Duo pages. The duo display enables a couple to display both matted and flush mounted photographs in the same album. It’s the perfect compromise!
For album covers, Queensberry offers a wide selection of leathers and contemporary materials with a modern flair such as beautiful claret silk. Beyond aesthetics, the Queensberry is known for its use of high quality and luxurious materials and superior craftsmanship. These well-constructed albums are built to last for generations to come.
Another company that I offer is Cypress Albums. What I love about Cypress Albums is that in addition to traditional albums, it makes a Presentation Box. A presentation box is a combination of modern design, elegant style, and functional simplicity. Each box is handcrafted and custom made to fit your material and color specifications, and an exact number of matted museum-quality prints, becoming a treasure box full of memories that appreciate as the years go by.
Cypress Albums also offers modern Folios. These lovely and unique photo displays can be folded into a book or unfolded to create a tabletop frame. Cypress Albums’ creativity is matched its craftsmanship, which includes a variety of Japanese bookbinding fabrics and delicate Swiss ribbons accents.
Wedding albums play an important role in sharing the story of your love. I encourage you to put as much consideration into selecting your wedding album as you did into selecting your wedding photographer.
